E200 razor electric scooter chain put back on?
I found one obvious reason why my razor E200 electric scooter will not do, it makes this strange engine noises. Is because the chain does not believe the gear like it to be. In the experiment, it again to tighten around it. But there is this strange black page in the way and try it in undress. But I have know idea how to remove it? The large bolts are hard to screw with a screwdriver. So it is like anyother I could put the chain back on track? Or, remove it from the black side? Thank you.
